A Place to Move, Grow and Belong.
Specialist movement and well-being programs supporting neurodiverse teens and young adults with high support needs.
Supporting Health, Confidence and Community
Majestic Movements delivers engaging yoga and movement programs for young people with autism, welcoming all abilities across the spectrum.
Our sessions are designed to improve coordination, strength, spatial awareness and mind–body connection through structured movement. By encouraging cross-body movement patterns, participants develop stronger physical awareness while building confidence in a supportive environment.
A Thoughtfully Designed Approach to Movement
The program helps reduce anxiety and challenging behaviours while creating opportunities for social interaction, connection and fun.
Majestic Movements adheres to the following professional standards:
COAG Health Council: National Code of Conduct for Health Care Workers
Exercise and Sports Science Australia: Code of Professional Conduct and Ethical Practice
Programs Designed for Unique Needs
Our programs are designed for young people with autism, particularly those with higher support needs who thrive in structured and supportive environments. Through guided movement and group activities, participants build confidence, improve physical well-being and develop meaningful social connections.
Our Programs
What Makes Us Different
We are more than a fitness program. Our sessions are professionally designed to support the unique needs of individuals with autism, helping participants build strength, confidence and coordination.
Founded by a parent of children with autism, the program focuses on meaningful movement, connection and community, not just supervision.

Participants develop better coordination, strength and body awareness through structured movement activities designed for their needs.
Increased Confidence and Independence

How To Get Started
-
Begin with an initial consultation to meet the team, experience the Majestic Movements approach and observe a live session. This gives families and participants the opportunity to see how the program works and discuss the best path forward.
-
Participants can take part in Group Fitness, Yoga, one-on-one Personal Training, or Wellness Days depending on their needs and preferences. Some people thrive in small group environments that encourage social connection, while others benefit from individual sessions focused on personal development and confidence.
-
Once enrolled, participants join structured sessions designed to support physical health, confidence and positive social experiences in a welcoming and inclusive community.
-
Where possible, we ask families to provide 48 hours notice if a session needs to be cancelled so the place can be offered to someone on the waiting list.
