“I love the people I work with, each person brings an unique perspective and way of seeing the world that feels authentic, grounding and inspiring to be around.  I believe neurodivergent communities play an important role in challenging conventional social norms, encouraging greater inclusivity and fostering a more compassionate and accepting society.  Working in this space has shaped me forever.”

“I find beauty in the neurodivergent community where people are unapologetically and completely their genuine selves.  I admire the adolescents who I'm privileged to know and work with, for their extraordinary ability to shine in a society that misunderstands them.  I originally believed I was coming into this role to guide the young men I work with, but as I reflect on my time, they have taught me how to better understand and accept myself.  I believe that we are all born to live fulfilled lives regardless of how we process the world and display our character.  Each individual is unique in a different but meaningful way.  I will forever be grateful for this opportunity and will continue to advocate for neurodivergent equality.”
